End User License Agreement

• Acceptance of Terms

  By downloading, installing, or using Ekholux & Bodyless & Samsara, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to the terms, do not install or use the game.

• License Grant

  Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of Ekholux & Bodyless & Samsara for personal, non-commercial use on a compatible VR system.

• Ownership

  The game is licensed, not sold. The Developer retains all rights, title, and interest in Ekholux & Bodyless & Samsara, including all content, artwork, code, and trademarks.

• Restrictions

  You may not:
  • Distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, or lease the game.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game.
  • Modify or create derivative works of the game.
  • Use the game for any commercial or public display purposes.

• User Content

  If the game allows users to create, upload, or share content, you agree not to upload anything illegal, offensive, or that infringes on others' rights. The Developer reserves the right to remove such content at any time.

• Updates and Patches

  The Developer may provide updates, patches, or other modifications to improve or change the game. You agree that these updates may be installed automatically without further notice.

• Termination

  This license is effective until terminated. It will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the game.

• Disclaimer of Warranty

  Ekholux & Bodyless & Samsara is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• Limitation of Liability

  To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

• Governing Law

  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
